China Standard: GB/T 10000-1988 Human dimensions of Chinese adults

This standard provides the basic data of human dimensions of Chinese adults in the format of ergonomic conventions. It is applicable to industrial production,  architectural design, military industry, industrial technological innovation and equipment renewal, and labor safety and labor protection.

The data are taken from Chinese adults (lawfully defined as 18～60 for males and 18～55 for females) engaged in industrial production.
