This standard stimulates the dimension, shape, mass, tolerance and other requirements for the hot-rolled round wire rods which should be in accordance with the requirement of the standard for corresponding products if otherwise stated in the standard for the product.
This standard applies to all kinds of round steel wire-rod with a nominal diameter within the range of 5mm~60mm.
