China Standard: GB/T 23621-2009 Guidelines for the establishment of plant quarantine laboratory

This standard specifies the basic condition requirements of agricultural phytosanitary laboratories at all levels including staffing,inspection spaces, environmental conditions,instrument and devices and other equipment. 

This standard is applicable to the construction of agricultural phytosanitary laboratories at all levels.
