China Standard: GB/T 28061-2011 Phytosanitary rule of floral bulbs and tubers

This standard stipulates such procedures as the risk analysis of the floral bulbs and tubers,quarantine examination and approval,base filing,entry requirements,application for inspection and quarantine,on-the-spot quarantine,laboratory testing,quarantine in isolation,quarantine supervision and management,and evaluation and treatment of quarantine results as well. 

This standard is applicable to the floral bulbs and tubers.
