This part of GB/T 5237 specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificate and order form (or contract) of the base material for aluminum alloy building profiles.
This part is applicable to aluminum alloy hot extruded profiles (hereinafter referred to as substrates) for construction, such as doors, windows, curtain walls and guardrails. Hot extrusion pipes of the same purpose can also be referred to in this section.
