China Standard: GB/T 6494-2017 Measurement method for electrical characteristics of aerospace solar

This standard specifies the requirements and methods for the performance test of aerospace solar cells in the ground analog light source.

This standard applies to the electrical performance test of aerospace solar cells, including monocrystalline silicon solar cells, single junction and multi-junction gallium arsenide solar cells.
