本标准规定了气体灭火系统灭火剂充装的充装能力要求、充装前的检查与处理、灭火剂充装、充装后瓶组的检验、充装记录、充装后瓶组的储存与运输等。
本标准适用于二氧化碳灭火剂、三氟一溴甲烷灭火剂（1301灭火剂）、六氟丙烷（HFC236fa）灭火剂、七氟丙烷（HFC227ea）灭火剂、惰性气体灭火剂［IG-01（氩气）灭火剂、IG-100（氮气）灭火剂、IG-55（氩气、氮气）灭火剂、IG-541（氩气、氮气、二氧化碳）灭火剂］等气体灭火系统瓶组的充装。其他气体灭火系统瓶组的充装，可参照本标准。
