本标准规定了酒类、软饮料、保健品、调味品等包装用铝防盗瓶盖的术语和定义、产品分类和规格、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。

本标准适用于以铝板涂覆品、衬垫或聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯等塑料成型品、玻璃件加工成形的铝防盗瓶盖（以下简称瓶盖）。药品、化妆品等其他产品包装用瓶盖可参照本标准执行。
