本标准规定了IC卡冷水水表的术语和定义、分类、计量要求、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存等。
本标准适用于温度等级T30、压力等级MAP10、标称口径小于或等于50 mm且常用流量Q3不超过16 m3/h的IC卡水表。
TM卡冷水水表可参照执行。
