本标准规定了用对接焊铝管作为嵌入金属层增强，通过热熔粘合剂与内外层聚乙烯塑料复合而成的铝塑复合压力管(简称铝塑管或铝塑复合管)的定义、分类与标记、材料、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于输送最大允许工作压力下的流体(包括工业及民用冷热水、采暖系统、地下灌溉系统、压缩空气、燃气等)的铝塑管。
