本标准规定了节水型生活用水器具的术语和定义、材料、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于安装在建筑物内冷热水管路上，公称压力不大于0.6 MPa、介质温度不大于75 ℃条件下使用的水嘴、便器及便器系统、便器冲洗阀、淋浴器(包含花洒)、家用洗衣机、家用洗碗机产品的制造和检验。
本标准不适用于浴缸水嘴和洗衣机水嘴。
