本标准适用于城镇和建筑内外冷热水、饮用水、供暖、燃气、特种流体(包括工业废水、腐蚀性流体，煤矿井下供水、排水、压风等)、排水(包括重力污、废水排放和虹吸式屋面雨水排放系统)输送用复合管以及电力电缆、通信电缆、光缆保护套管用复合管。
