本标准规定了不锈钢塑料复合管的分类与命名、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、使用说明书、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于以挤出成型的塑料管为内层，对接焊薄壁不锈钢管为外层，采用热熔胶或其他胶粘剂粘接复合而成的不锈钢塑料复合管(以下简称“复合管”)，用于建筑冷热水供应、燃气、压缩空气及工业流体等的输送，公称压力为1.6　MPa。
