本标准适用于城镇供水、城镇燃气、建筑给水、消防给水以及特种流体（包括适合使用的工业废水、腐蚀性气体溶浆、固体粉末等）输送用管材和管件。
本标准规定了当采用聚乙烯（PE）以外的同类塑料，可参照本标准执行。
