本标准规定了内层熔接型搭接焊式铝塑复合管  (以下简称熔接铝塑管）  的内层PPR(无规共聚聚丙烯)或PERT(耐热聚乙烯)与PPR或PERT管件熔接的定义、符号、缩略语、使用条件、分类及产品标记、材料、要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、使用说明书、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于冷热水管道系统，包括工业及民用冷热水、饮用水和热水采暖系统。
本标准不适用于灭火系统和非水介质的流体输送系统。
