本标准规定了餐饮废水隔油器（以下简称“隔油器”）的术语和定义、产品标记、结构型式和参数、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输及贮存。
本标准适用于水处理量为1 m3/h~54 m3/h、油品品质为动（植）物油、油脂含量小于等于300 mL/L、悬浮物（SS）浓度小于等于285 mg/L、水温大于等于5 ℃的餐饮废水的隔油器的生产和检测。
