本标准规定了餐饮废水隔油器的术语和定义、产品标记、结构型式和参数、使用环境、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于处理水量：不大于55 m3/h；废水动(植)物油油脂含量不大于500 mg/L悬浮物浓度不大于600 mg/L；水温不低于5 ℃的餐饮废水的隔油器设计、制造和检验。
