本标准规定了dn110 mm～dn630 mm带有波形螺纹的硬聚氯乙烯（PVC-U）井壁管和过滤管（以下简称“井管”）的材料、要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于水温不高于55 ℃的生活给水、灌溉用水、浅层地能开发等水文水井用硬聚氯乙烯（PVC-U）管材。
