本标准规定了液化石油气钢瓶出厂运输包装过程中的要求。
本标准适用于正常环境温度为-40℃~60℃，水压试验不大于3.2 MPa，公称容积不小于150 L可重复充装液化石油气的钢质焊接气瓶（以下简称钢瓶）。本标准不适用于在用钢瓶。
