本标准规定地铁与轻轨车辆转向架的一般规定、各部件的特性要求、落成要求、试验、质量保证、标志、包装运输和贮存。
本标准适用于标准轨距1 435 mm、最高运行速度不大于80 km/h的地铁A型车辆、B型车辆和轻轨C-1型车辆的转向架。最高运行速度大于80 km的地铁A型车辆、B型车辆和轻轨C-1型车辆转向架可参照执行。
