本标准规定了高速磁浮交通车辆的使用条件、基本参数、车辆基本要求、车辆型式与列车编组、车体及其内装设备、磁浮走行部、电气系统、悬浮导向系统、紧急制动系统、控制与诊断系统、测速定位系统、空调通风系统、气路系统、卫生及供水系统、通讯与乘客信息系统、安全设施、试验与验收、标志、运输与质量保证期限等方面的内容。
本标准适用于最高运行速度为500 km/h的高速磁浮交通车辆(以下简称车辆)。
