本标准规定了炊用燃气大锅灶的术语和定义，分类和型号，结构和材料，性能要求，试验方法，检验规则，标识、警示和说明书，包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于单个灶眼额定热负荷不大于80 kW、锅的公称直径不小于600 mm的炊用燃气大锅灶（以下简称大锅灶）。
