本标准规定了城镇燃气加臭装置（以下简称加臭装置）的术语和定义，型号，结构、材料和部件，要求，试验方法，检验规则，标识、使用说明书、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于对管道燃气加注储存温度为-30 ℃～50 ℃、运动黏度为0.3 mm2/s～50 mm2/s的液体加臭剂的加臭装置。
