本标准规定了建筑排水钢塑复合、塑料短螺距内螺旋管的术语和定义、材料、要求、测试方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于民用建筑排水系统立管的钢塑复合、塑料短螺距内螺距管材。
排水系统使用温度随内衬层和塑料材质的不同有变化：硬聚氯乙烯(PVC—U)材质适用水温0 ℃~45 ℃瞬间排水温度不超过60 ℃；高密度聚氯乙烯(HDPE)和聚丙烯(PP)材质适用水温0 ℃~65 ℃瞬间排水温度不超过90 ℃。
