本标准规定了纺织产品纤维含量的标签要求、标注原则、表示方法、允许偏差以及标识符合性的判定，并给出了纺织纤维含量的表示示例。
本标准适用于在国内销售的纺织产品。附录A中列举的产品不属于本标准的范畴，国家另有规定的除外。
