本标准适用于2017 年国民经济行业分类（GB/T 4754-2017）中的C17（纺织业）、C18（纺织服装、服饰业）及C28（化学纤维制造业）行业生产企业，进行绿色供应链管理水平的自评估、第三方评价、绿色供应链管理评审、绿色供应链管理潜力分析等。生产制造企业不分规模、类型和所有制性质。
