本标准规定了天然彩色棉转杯纺纱的术语和定义、产品分类、标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输与储存。
本标准适用于转杯纺生产的天然彩色棉纤维（含量30%及以上）与本色棉纤维混纺的天然彩色棉转杯纺纱（含机织、针织用），天然彩色棉纤维含量低于30%的可参照本标准执行。
