本标准规定了棉提花印染布的术语和定义、分类、要求、试验检验方法、检验规则、标志和包装。本标准适用于鉴定服饰、家纺用棉提花漂白、染色和印花布的品质（棉与其他纤维素纤维类混纺、交织的机织物可参照执行）。
本标准不适用于涂层等特殊后整理织物。
