本标准规定了棉型竹浆粘胶纤维和苎麻纤维总含量在55%及以上（苎麻纤维含量在15%及以上）与棉混纺本色布（以下简称竹麻棉混纺本色布）的要求、试验、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于鉴定竹麻棉混纺本色布的品质。
