本标准规定了丝绸围巾、披肩的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输及贮存等。

本标准适用于蚕丝纯织、蚕丝与其他纱线交织、蚕丝与其他纤维混纺（蚕丝含量30%及以上）的丝织物为主要原料生产的丝绸围巾、披肩类产品，烂花类丝绸围巾参照执行。

本标准不适用于婴幼儿及儿童丝绸围巾类产品。
