本标准规定了桑蚕丝针织服装的规格号型、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和储存。
本标准适用于桑蚕丝纯织及桑蚕丝与其他纤维交织或混纺（桑蚕丝含量在30%及以上）的针织服装。
本标准不适用于桑蚕紬丝针织服装。
