本标准规定了阳离子染料易染聚酯切片（ECDP)的术语和定义、产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存的要求。
本标准适用于以对苯二甲酸、乙二醇为主料，在加入第三单体（重量比≥2.5%)基础上，同时加入其他单体（重量比≥3.0%)，生产的阳离子染料易染聚酯切片（ECDP)。其他同类产品可参照使用。
