本标准规定了锦纶6弹力丝的产品分类和标识、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存的要求。
本标准适用于以聚己内酰胺为原料加工制成的弹力丝，线密度范围为7 dtex～390 dtex(合股丝为合股前名义线密度),单丝线密度1.1 dtex～5.0 dtex，截面形状为圆形的有光、半消光、全消光弹力长丝的品质鉴定、验收、仲裁等。
