本标准适用于水电站（含抽水蓄能电站）、火力发电站(含热电联产电站)、电网以及重要电力用户变电站或配电站等电力设施。
风力发电、光伏等其他形式发电站或电压等级低于110 kV的变电站等电力设施参照使用。
