本标准规定了普通照明用LED平板灯的能效等级、能效限定值和试验方法。
本标准适用于以LED为光源，额定电压220 V、频率50 Hz，厚度不超过85 mm的普通照明用LED平板灯，包括LED光源及其控制装置，外置控制装置的厚度不计算在灯具厚度内。
本标准不适用于具有耗能的非照明附加功能的LED平板灯、具有调光/调色功能的LED平板灯，以及在连续发光面上带有彩色、图案或装饰件等的LED平板灯。
