GB/T 39690的本部分规定了聚丙烯(PP)和聚乙烯(PE)回收混合物命名系统和分类基础。
本部分适用于聚丙烯(PP)和聚乙烯(PE)回收再循环的混合物，这些混合物是来自模压和挤出的消费品包装的柔性或刚性PP、PE材料。不适用于运输、处理或储存危险品的包装材料回收物。
本部分不适用于回收树脂和新树脂的混合物。
本部分不适用于含有特殊类型PE或PP的混合物，如PE-UHMW，TPO等。
