本标准规定了滚塑成型低温冲击试验的两种方法：通过法（A法）和梯度法（B法）。
本标准适用于滚塑成型半硬质塑料制品或硬质塑料制品在-40 ℃时的低温冲击性能。其他温度下的冲击性能可参照本标准执行，滚塑成型用材料的低温冲击性能可参照本标准执行。
本标准不适用于厚度小于3.0 mm的滚塑成型制品。
