本文件未规定全球唯一交易识别码（UTI）的生成方的分配时间，不包含对UTI 本身建立数据记录，以便不限制UTI 的相关使用。
注：支付和市场基础设施委员会（CPMI）、国际证监会组织（IOSCO）规定UTI 的适用范围为被归类为“场外衍生品”且出于报告目的需使用UTI 的任何交易，其中“场外衍生品”是指期货交易以外的，以互换合约、远期合约和非标准化期权合约及其组合为交易标的的交易活动。《中华人民共和国期货和衍生品法》所称衍生品，特指场外衍生品。
