Scope of Application：
本文件规定了数据中心和电信中心机房安装的信息和通信技术（ICT）设备用5.2 kW插头插座系统的型式尺寸、结构、电气性能、机械性能等技术要求。
本文件适用于具有两个带电触头和一个接地触头的、额定功率为5.2 kW、额定电压范围为直流 294 V 至400 V的Ⅰ类设备用的插头和固定插座。它们仅用于为直流信息和通信技术设备供电。
符合IEC TS 627351:2015的2.6 kW系统与符合本部分的系统安全兼容，因此可以将2.6 kW插头插入5.2 kW插座，但不能将5.2 kW插头插入2.6 kW插座。
在第3段之后增加：
插头和插座的最大电流为：
——当带电触头间的电压为400 V DC时，为13 A；
——当带电触头间的电压为294 V DC时，为17.6 A。
当带电触头之间的电压下降到260 V DC时，可以升至20 A直流，最多持续10 min。
将第5段中的第二个破折号内容替换为：
——过电流保护（每个插座或多位插座不超过17.6 A或更少）。
