本标准适用于额定容量30 kVA~2 500 kVA、额定频率为50 Hz、电压等级为10 kV、三相、无励磁调压的油浸式配电变压器、油浸式非晶合金铁心配电变压器、干式配电变压器和干式非晶合金铁心配电变压器的生命周期关键阶段碳排放评价，也适用于第三方机构评价产品生命周期的关键阶段碳排放结果和评价低碳产品。
本标准不适用于充气式变压器。
