Scope of Application：
本文件描述了一种在根据PSPC要求对专用海水压载舱、散货船和油船的空舱以及原油船货油舱进行涂装前，通过使用电导率仪测量钢表面各种水溶性盐的总表面密度的自动化方法。PSPC要求来自于IMORes.MSC.215(82)、IMORes.MSC.244(83)和IMORes.MSC.288(87)。
本方法通过电导率测试确定水溶性离子污染物的总浓度，从而快速评估钢材表面是否存在离子污染。
本方法测量结果可等效于GB/T 18570.9-2005。
注1：不能用本方法确定氯化物、硫酸盐等的单个表面密度。本方法仅评估离子污染物。离子污染物占污染物的绝大部分，因此离子污染物被视为单一污染物。
注2：按PSPC脚注所述，当证明符合NACESP 0508-2010时，此方法能用作PSPC的替代测量方法，适用于所有类型船舶的海水压载舱以及散货船和货油舱的相关舱室。
