本文件描述了用MNP（多核苷酸多态性）标记法测定样品中DNA（脱氧核糖核酸）病毒的试剂或材料、仪器设备、测定步骤、质量控制、结果计算与结果表述、防污染措施与生物安全措施。本文件适用于腺病毒（Adenovirus, AdV）、EB病毒（EpsteinBarr virus, EBV）、水痘带状疱疹病毒（Varicellazoster virus, VZV）、巨细胞病毒（Cytomegalovirus, CMV）、单纯疱疹病毒1型 （Herpes simplex virus type 1, HSV1 ） 、单纯疱疹病毒2型 （Herpes simplex virus type 2, HSV2 ）、人博卡病毒（Human bocavirus, HBoV）、人类疱疹病毒6型（Human herpesvirus type 6, HHV6）和人类疱疹病毒7型（Human herpesvirus type 7, HHV7）的定性测定。   本文件规定的方法对单一病毒的检出限（LOD）为10拷贝/反应。
