本文件规定了GB/T 6104.1-2018所定义的采用任意动力源的工业车辆(以下简称车辆)及其电气/电子系统(以下简称系统)的电磁发射及对外部电磁场抗扰度的要求和限值、试验程序及判定标准。本文件适用于在住宅、商业、轻工业和工业环境(见GB 17799.3-2012和IEC 61000-6-2:2016)中使用的车辆及其系统。本文件不适用于:--非堆垛用低起升跨运车；--堆垛用高起升跨运车；--步行式车辆，配备有带电动起升的载荷搬运装置的车辆除外；--用于普通公路上最大速度超过30 km/h的车辆；--无人驾驶工业车辆的定位系统；--车辆系统之间的相互干扰；--车载无线通信设备的干扰问题；--连接交流电源并只在车辆不开动时使用的设备(如车载充电器)。
