Scope of Application：
1.1 本文件描述了在测量过程中标准样品（RM），特别是有证标准样品（CRM）的规范使用，主要包括测量方法精密度和正确度评估、质量控制、给其他材料赋值、校准和建立约定标尺。本文件也涉及不同类型RM关键特性的各种应用。
1.2 CRM的特性值具有计量溯源性，可溯源至国际标尺或其他测量标准。CRM之外的RM特性值虽然通常未建立这种溯源性，但此类RM仍可用于测量程序的部分评估，包括评估不同水平的精密度。
