本文件适用于一般动植物油脂以及椰子油和含短链脂肪酸的植物油中多环芳烃的测定。
本文件不适用于萘、苊和芴等挥发性较强的组分定量分析。
本文件不适用于由于存在基质干扰的棕榈油和橄榄果渣油中多环芳烃的测定。
注:附录A中的结果表明该测定方法不适用于橄榄果渣油。
本文件不适用于奶和奶制品(或来自奶和奶制品的脂肪)中多环芳烃的测定。
荧蒽和苯并[g,h,i]苝的定量检测限为0.3μg/kg,茚并[1,2,3-c,d]芘的定量检测限为1.0μg/kg。
其余多环芳烃的定量检测限均为0.2μg/kg。
