Scope of Application：
本文件规定了利用摆动刀片完成剪切树枝的果树剪枝机（以下简称剪枝机）的分类、基本参数和型号编制、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、使用说明书、包装、运输和贮存。
本文件适用于在一般环境条件下,以标称电压不大于直流75 V的专用电池包供电或以压力不高于1.0 MPa压缩空气供气的、单手操作的剪枝机。
用于高处作业、带有加长杆的电动或气动剪枝机可参照执行。
通过专用电缆从普通蓄电池获取电能的剪枝机可参照执行。
本文件不适用于：
——刀片作往复直线运动切割树枝的修枝剪；
——用旋转锯片切割树枝的修枝机；
——直接使用工频交流电作为电源的电动剪枝机；
——仅利用握持手的握力进行剪切的剪枝剪；
——只有两片动刀片、没有定刀片的剪枝机。
