Scope of Application：
GB/T 18329的本部分规定了用于确定轴承结合缺陷和滑动表面缺陷(即表面不连续性)的无损渗透检验方法。该方法适用于检验：a)〓多层滑动轴承端面和对口面上位于轴承衬背和轴承合金材料之间过渡区域内，且不能按GB/T 18329.1 进行超声波检验的结合缺陷。b)〓轴承滑动表面缺陷。渗透检验一般在多层滑动轴承完成精加工后进行。结合缺陷的检验通常适用于衬背材料由钢、铸钢或铸青铜组成的多层滑动轴承，也可用于其他轴承材料的轴承产品加工过程中结合缺陷的辅助检验。无法镀锡的或难于镀锡的轴承衬背材料，如珠光体特殊铸铁材料、不锈钢或铸铝，因轴承衬背和轴承合金材料之间没有结合层，故无法用该方法检验结合缺陷。
