Scope of Application：
本文件规定了用爱泼斯坦方圈测量电工钢带（片）磁性能的通则和技术细节。
本文件适用于晶粒取向和晶粒无取向电工钢带（片）频率上限为400 Hz的交流磁性能的测量及直流磁性能的测量。
爱泼斯坦方圈适用于测量由各级别电工钢带（片）制取的试样。其交流磁性能的测定是在给定的磁极化强度峰值（或磁场强度的峰值）和给定的频率及正弦感应电压下进行的。
测量在环境温度（23±5） ℃下进行，测量前试样先退磁。更高频率下的测量按照GB/T 10129的规定进行。
