Scope of Application：
本文件规定了神经用导管及附件的预期性能、设计属性、材料、设计评价、制造、灭菌、包装和制造商提供的信息的要求，并描述了相应的试验方法。
出于治疗或诊断目的，神经用导管预期将药物直接输送至神经部位，提供伤口渗透镇痛和其他局部镇痛，或预期用于监测或去除神经部位的流体。
注1：神经应用的部位包括脊柱、鞘内或蛛网膜下腔以及硬膜外腔（所述部位仅为举例，并非全部）。在神经应用中，麻醉剂/镇痛药可以施用于身体绝大部分的局部区域，如肢体，且包括神经丛阻滞（如臂丛阻滞或单神经阻滞）。神经应用包括用局部麻醉剂持续输注伤口。
注2：皮下注射的局部麻醉/镇痛和全身注射麻醉剂不被视为神经应用。
本文件适用于以下类型的器械:
——脊柱/硬膜外导管及附件；
——脊柱/硬膜外端口导管及附件；
——周围神经阻滞导管及附件；
——伤口输注导管及附件（也称为手术部位持续镇痛导管及附件）。
本文件不适用于：
——预期通过导管及附件输送药物的泵及其他器械；
——不直接作用于神经系统，但对神经系统有间接作用的药物输送导管（如套管针）；
——神经应用外的其他引流导管。
