Scope of Application：
本标准规定了野生动物饲养管理体系的总体要求，以及人员、设施设备、饲养投入品、繁育利用、动物健康、管理体系文件等关键要素、关键控制点和符合性要求，提出了检查和改进方法。
本标准适用于动物园、野生动物园、野生动物饲养场等野生动物繁育利用单位建立和实施野生动物饲养管理体系，保持并持续改进饲养管理体系的适宜性、充分性和有效性。
本标准也适用于中国合格评定国家认可委员会（CNAS)认可的认证机构开展野生动物饲养管理合格评定，证明野生动物繁育利用单位：
a) 野生动物饲养管理活动符合我国现行法律法规要求；
b) 野生动物饲养管理体系符合可持续性要求；
c) 野生动物饲养管理过程符合本标准要求。
注1： 本标准所称“单位”，均指野生动物繁育利用单位。
注2： 本标准所称“饲养管理体系”，均指可持续的野生动物饲养管理体系。
注3： 本标准所称“动物”，均指野生动物。
